For over 100 years, travelers and gourmets have relied on the MICHELIN Guide’s reviews and recommendations to discover and enjoy unique and extraordinary restaurants worldwide. Recently, the Guide has extended its research to include original hotels that reflect these principles. To create this list, several independent researchers visited hundreds of hotels in a city included in the Guide. Then, they make their recommendations. We are deeply honored to have been distinguished with One MICHELIN Key after the Guide’s immersion in San Miguel de Allende.

To be considered for the MICHELIN Guide, hotels need to be out of the ordinary, with unique personality and service standards, which also fulfill the strict MICHELIN criteria:
