Between adobe walls and arches, in the heart of Casa Arca, our restaurant, open to all, is a feast of color and craftsmanship that continues to tell the story of the ark of all. The animals on the facade here are made of clay. Color and light invite conversation to enjoy our menu, and the music is always in our house.

LOS CHEFS DE CASA ARCA

Massimiliano Menossi was born in Milan and comes from a family of good cooks, meetings around the table, and collaborating with great European chefs. Since 2001, he has been a correspondent of Italian gastronomic culture in Mexico.

His cuisine is a contemporary fusion between traditional recipes inherited from the families of our team members and the careful manufacture and celebration of traditional ingredients from central Mexico.

OUR MENU

Our restaurant is Mexican with a touch of international fusion, with seasonal products and specials related to the time of year and the products. We celebrate Mexican recipes, easy and familiar, with appetizers to share. There are recipes inherited from our cooks’ families, such as mole, exquisite meats, and seafood.
